Table Maestro was created in April of 2006 by its Principle, Alicia Anne Aloe. Drawing on several years of hospitality experience including 4 years with Charleston, South Carolina’s most renowned restaurants, Hanks Seafood and Rue De Jean, Aloe recognized the need for a single reservations solution.

Believing that a reservation system could be designed to maximize the capacity of a restaurant while meeting the increasing demands of its customers; Aloe endeavored to build a company that would change the way reservations were managed throughout the industry. In less than 2 years, Table Maestro accumulated a portfolio of over 20 restaurants located primarily in the South East and Mid-Atlantic. Currently Table Maestro spans Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Washington DC, Boston, and New York.
