Table Maestro was created in 2006 with one goal
“To serve as the most reliable and experienced reservations staff in the industry, allowing restaurants to expand their business and maximize their ability to deliver an outstanding dining experience.”
That mission hasn’t changed. Because it works.
Believing that it was possible for restaurants to return to an era of personalized hospitality while still meeting the needs of today’s guest, Table Maestro endeavored to become a company that would change the way reservations are managed throughout the industry.
Table Maestro launched operations in Charleston, SC with two clients who readily embraced the company’s remedy for the headaches that reservations can entail. Later, Table Maestro secured several accounts in Atlanta, proving the system could operate on a national scale. In less than two years, the company accumulated a portfolio of more than 20 restaurants ― most of them in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
Today, Table Maestro operates nationally and is defined by its commitment to raising the level of service offered to restaurant guests, and its unwavering determination to making its clients function better and more profitably.

With over 12 years of fine dining experience ― including four with Charleston, S.C.’s most renowned restaurants ― Table Maestro’s founder and CEO, Alicia Aloe, is an expert in front-of-house restaurant operations. Alicia believes the hostess is arguably one of the most important positions in a restaurant, as accurate reservations and proper table management are vital to an establishment’s success.
Inspired by her family’s legacy of vision-seeking resolve, Alicia’s goal was to find a solution for an unmet need in an industry she was passionate about- she wanted to give restaurants the ability to manage a floor with precision- increasing their business and offering guests a paramount hospitality experience from beginning to end.
Combining this dream with a keen flair for business, Alicia opened company doors with sheer determination and a credit card. The company marked the first to offer restaurants a reliable way to increase revenues by outsourcing the burdensome process of taking reservations.
Table Maestro’s concept proved successful when the company secured several national accounts, including industry leaders Independent Restaurant Concepts, Clyde’s Restaurant Group, and The Dolce Group. Alicia attributes her success to her personal drive, her unrelenting passion for innovation, and her ability to understand her client’s needs.
